This page explains how this Touriga portal handles the information you provide.

What the portal stores

When you create a customer account, the portal stores your name, email and a protected password hash. Enquiries store your contact details, destination, travel date, number of travellers and message. Signed-in enquiries are linked to your account for tracking.

How information is used

Touriga uses these details to respond to your travel enquiry, prepare a proposal and provide trip updates. Please avoid entering passport details, payment information or other sensitive documents in enquiry messages.

Hosting and sign-in

The portal is designed for Cloudflare Pages and D1. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and expire after 24 hours. The portal does not include advertising trackers. Destination photos and fonts are loaded from external providers, which receive normal web request information such as your IP address.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid booking. Package prices, hotel availability, inclusions, cancellation terms and final arrangements must be confirmed with Touriga. No online payment is collected by this portal.
